Our team is comprised of a group of experienced lighting, hardware and home decor professionals whose number one priority is serving our customers’ every need. Motivation and drive to have the latest information come second nature to the members of our sales team, who are known for their longevity of employment and commitment to the company. We hold regular training sessions and have vendors come in monthly to educate our employees on the latest products and technologies.
- Todd Director
Todd Director is Vice President at Connecticut Lighting Centers and Restoration Lighting Gallery. As a 3rd generation family member in the business, he started working full time in 2010, but worked at Connecticut Lighting Centers part-time while attending high school. Todd graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a B.A. in Marketing. He has worked in many different areas of the business. Todd focuses a lot of his time on training Sales Consultants on new Lighting, Fan and LED technology and provides numerous Customer Service training and workshops. His specialties include LED technology—from LED bulbs, LED under cabinet lighting to large-scale LED fixtures. Todd's unique skills help keep Connecticut Lighting Centers at the forefront of new technology and sets the bar for providing superior Customer Service.
- Neil Fleisher
Vice-President of Sales
Neil Fleisher is Vice President of Sales at Connecticut Lighting Centers and Restoration Lighting Gallery. Neil grew up in Cherry Hill New Jersey and graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from Blackwood University in Camden County N.J. Directly out of college Neil started his career in the lighting industry. At his first job he started at the bottom and worked his way up to the Vice President position in just one year. Neil joined Connecticut Lighting Centers in 1999 as the Vice President/General Manager. Neil attends all the lighting markets and most industry conventions and events. Neil has over 30 years of experience in the lighting industry.
Neil is also very active in the local home building and remodeling associations. He oversees both locations including purchasing, merchandising and customer service. His knowledge of the lighting industry and vast product knowledge is truly a tremendous asset.
- Tim Dillon
Branch Showroom Manager - Southington
Tim Dillon is the Branch Showroom Manager for the Southington location. He has over 25 years of experience in sales and management and 20 years of lighting experience with Connecticut Lighting Centers. Tim graduated with a B.S. in Management from Central Connecticut State University. Tim oversees the day-to-day operations of Connecticut Lighting Centers Southington showroom. He provides superior customer service and manages sales in the retail and contractor markets.
- Jim Fellows
Jim Fellows is the Hardware Manager. He has 40 years of experience in sales, purchasing and management with a strong focus in the hardware business. Jim manages hardware projects of any scope. He also oversees the development of relationships with retail customers and the contractor market and manages residential and commercial hardware projects.
Prior to joining Connecticut Lighting Centers, Jim held the position of Showroom Manager for Raybern Company where he was responsible for sales, purchasing and marketing of residential and commercial hardware. He also sold decorative hardware products for residential and commercial accounts.
- Dan Perry
Shading/Systems & Controls Manager
Daniel Perry is the Shading/Systems and Controls Manager. Dan has over 40 years of experience and certification with many of the top companies in the field including Lutron, Hunter Douglas, Macho Shade Systems, Draper and Somfy. He is also certified in low voltage lighting controls for residential and commercial applications.
Prior to joining the Connecticut Lighting Centers team, Dan worked in Manhattan providing window treatments and lighting controls for clients in New York City. Previously he had been a window treatment consultant and installer for several major retailers in New England, after which he joined Lutron in the motorized shades sales division, where his primary duties were troubleshooting shade installations and lighting control systems.
- Carla Snowdon
Director of Business Development & Certified Lighting Consultant
Carla Snowden is Director of Business Development and a Certified Lighting Consultant. She has over 25 years of lighting experience. Carla's focus is on developing new business relationships in untapped markets with builders, remodelers, architects, designers and major corporate accounts. She also works with contractors and retail customers on large-scale lighting projects. Her specialties include lighting design. She also serves as a coordinator between internal showroom lighting consultants and outside clients.
Prior to joining the Connecticut Lighting Centers team, Carla was the proprietor of a large lighting showroom in Southern New Hampshire. Carla has a degree in Business Management that provides a strong managerial background.
- Jim Meltzer
Jim is a Sales Consultant at Connecticut Lighting Centers. He has been with the company for over 12 years. Jim has over 45 years of lighting experience. Jim works primarily with contractors on commercial accounts and deals with large-scale lighting projects. His specialties include lighting controls and home automation and landscape lighting. Prior to working at Connecticut Lighting Centers he owned an electrical supply store. Jim grew up in the lighting business and has taken numerous seminars and training.
- Charlene Clark
Charlene is a Sales Consultant. She joined in 2013 and has over 30 years in lighting design experience. Charlene primarily focuses on outside sales in the Western Massachusetts and Southern Connecticut markets where she works with both residential and commercial customers. Her specialities include lighting design. Charlene is also a Certified Lighting Specialist.
- Laura Carrier
Laura Carrier is a Sales Consultant. She joined Connecticut Lighting Centers in 2013 and has over 17 years of experience in lighting design and sales. Laura works with both residential and commercial customers. Her specialties are lighting design and layout. Her prior experience includes working in sales at an electrical supply company and managing a restaurant. Laura has a B.A. in science from Western New England College.
- John Orefice
John is a Sales Consultant. He has been at Connecticut Lighting Centers for over 8 years. John has over 35 years of experience in lighting. He works in inside and outside sales and works with customers and contractors on both residential and commercial projects. His specialties include lighting design and layout. John has taken numerous lighting seminars and training courses.
- Ken Huber
Ken is a Sales Consultant. He has over 35 years of experience in sales including 24 years as a Sales Consultant at Connecticut Lighting Centers. Ken works in inside and outside sales. He works primarily with contractors on both residential and commercial projects. Ken's specialties include landscape lighting and LED lighting. Ken previously worked in sales and also worked as an electrician.
- Paul Seigle
Paul is a Sales Consultant. He has over 30 years of experience in lighting and has worked at Connecticut Lighting Centers for 24 years. He works with both commercial and residential customers. His specialties include landscape lighting and lighting controls. Paul is also a Certified Lighting Consultant and has given lighting seminars at UCONN.
- Mike Billings
Mike Billings is a Sales Consultant. He has worked at Connecticut Lighting Centers for over thirteen years. Prior to joining Connecticut Lighting Centers he worked in sales and interior design. Mike works a lot with designers and retail customers in our Hartford showroom. He has in-depth knowledge of landscape lighting and lighting design.
- Rob Buntin
Rob Buntin is a Sales Consultant. He joined Connecticut Lighting Centers in 2015. Prior to joining Connecticut Lighting Centers he owned a kitchen and bath design company for over thirty years. He works primarily with retail customers in our Southington showroom where he helps customers understand lighting. Rob has extensive knowledge of lighting design and previously worked with Connecticut Lighting Centers on countless lighting projects. He also takes numerous sales and lighting seminars throughout the year.
- Maureen Bogue
Maureen is a Sales Consultant. She has worked at Connecticut Lighting Centers for over 20 years and has been in the lighting business most of her adult life. Prior to joining Connecticut Lighting Centers she worked at various lighting showrooms. Maureen works with contractors and retail customers in our Hartford showroom. Maureen has a wide array of lighting knowledge.
- Cindy Bruno
Cindy is a Sales Consultant. She has worked at Connecticut Lighting Centers for over four years. Prior to joining Connecticut Lighting Centers she worked in sales for a flooring company. She has a total of ten years of sales and customer service experience. At Connecticut Lighting Centers she works primarily with retail customers. She has taken numerous sales and lighting seminars and has a broad knowledge of lighting.
- Deborah Cusano
Debbie Cusano is a Sales Consultant in our Hardware Department in Southington. She has been working at Connecticut Lighting Centers since 2012. Prior to joining Connecticut Lighting Centers she worked in kitchen and bath design sales for over 35 years. She has a certificate in Interior Design from the Paier College of Art in Hamden, CT. Debbie works with retail customers along with interior designers and contractors to help them with all their decorative hardware needs.
- Antoinette "Toni" Wallen
Antoinette "Toni" is a Sales Consultant. She has worked at Connecticut Lighting Centers for over 20 years. She started at Connecticut Lighting Centers as a receptionist. Toni works a lot with interior designers and also retail customers. She has a wide array of lighting knowledge and strives to provide customer satisfaction. She also has taken numerous sales and lighting seminars.
- Linda Vitti
Linda is a Sales Consultant. She has worked at Connecticut Lighting Centers for over 10 years. Prior to joining Connecticut Lighting Centers she owned a floral shop. She has a total of 35 years of sales and customer service experience. At Connecticut Lighting Centers she works mostly with retail customers and has a broad range of lighting knowledge. Linda also has a B.A. in Sociology and has taken numerous sales and lighting seminars.
- Kevin Walsh
Kevin is a Sales Consultant. He has worked at Connecticut Lighting Centers for over 10 years. Prior to joining Connecticut Lighting Centers he worked as a Showroom Manager for a lighting retailer and also worked in vintage lighting for a total of over 15 years of lighting experience. At Connecticut Lighting Centers he works with retail customers, contractors and interior decorators. Kevin also works in sales in our Hardware Department in Hartford. With his vast knowledge of lighting and hardware he is able to convey to our customers our mantra "One company...endless possibilities".
- Jeff Zagoren
Jeff is a Sales Consultant. He has worked at Connecticut Lighting Centers for over 15 years. Prior to joining Connecticut Lighting Centers he worked in sales and customer service and has a total of over 30 years of experience. At Connecticut Lighting Centers he works mainly with retail customers and has a broad range of lighting knowledge. He attends numerous seminars on lighting and sales. He also has a B.S. in management and marketing from Franklin Pierce University.
